see all reviewsThis class was TOO good! I came in early enough to get a thorough breakdown from Ralph which I appreciated a lot. Ralph really does try to push you and encourages you to give it your all. Everyone in the class was very motivated so that also encouraged me a lot more too! I will say that personally this class might not be beginner friendly to someone who’s never worked out as you don’t go over form too much; however, you still get a lot of good stretching at the beginning of the workout. Great class.

I’ve tried a few before, but no one has ever taken the time to really break down the basics of technique and form for new beginners like Jojo did. Her teaching style is clear, supportive, and makes me feel like I’m truly learning how to do things the right way. I will definitely be back for her class and would highly recommend her to anyone, especially beginners. I just wish she taught more classes!
