The circuit training is a perfect blend of boxing, treadmill intervals, and strength training with weights — it keeps things dynamic, challenging, and never boring. The instructor is truly outstanding — full of energy, incredibly supportive, and always pushing you to bring out your best. You can tell they genuinely care about your progress and make sure you're giving 100% every time. If you're looking for a high-intensity class that will leave you sweaty, stronger, and feeling accomplished, this is it. Highly recommend!

    SO FUN! Amanda was an excellent trainer who was thoughtful about adjusting us into proper form and encouraging us to push ourselves. Loved that this class offered a mix of 2/3 strength training and 1/3 cardio. Also a lovely extra clean facility. Will be coming back for sure.
