I appreciated no additional charge to borrow mat/blocks. The flow and music were fun and exactly what I needed to recenter myself away from home. Thank you!

see all reviewsVery nice class and studio! I liked the bright space, the moderate class size, and the welcoming staff. Parking is easy, there's a single stall bathroom you can change in, and they have water you can fill your bottle with. It was an excellent experience!

see all reviewsIt is VERY different from many other yoga studios that focus on poses and movement. This studio is the only studio I’ve learned the 8 limbs of yoga—movement being only one portion. I think it’s important to come to this studio knowing that because it might be off putting of just a bit surprising to go into the class thinking it’s it’s a movement sequence when it’s also deeply meditative and the other aspects of yoga are included. I will definitely be coming back to learn more about yoga ☺️🙏

see all reviewsIncredible class. Not in English but that was no problem, I could still follow the class. However I don’t think the instructor understood that I was participating through ClassPass, was hard to communicate with the language barrier. I’d like to come back if still welcome.
