see all reviewsI’ve been to many y7 yoga classes and there are so many wonderful instructors — Megan was such a gem. I REALLY enjoyed her class. Loved her music choices and little affirmations/sweet encouraging words. The flows and sequences felt really great. I can’t wait to take a class by her again.

see all reviewsFolami is an awesome teacher! She’s so kind and warm, and she made an effort to build a relationship with everyone in the class. Her class was a bit faster and more high-energy than I’m used to, and some parts felt almost cardio paced - though it did slow down a lot by the second half. I also felt like she chose great exercises. Sometimes I struggle to feel an exercise in the right part of my body but today I felt like everything was hitting in all the right places. Thank you Folami!!

see all reviewsGreat first class here - clean, organized space, kind instructor. Maybe it was just because one of the participants was chatty in a self- deprecating way, but there was a kind of full-class small talk thing at the beginning that made it feel more personal than some other classes I’ve taken. (There are only about 8 reformers so it’s a more intimate class anyway.)

see all reviewsAs always, the instructors are engaging, helpful and motivating. What I would suggest be changed for this class is doing multiple sets at the stations and only one lap rather than doing one set and multiple laps. I didn’t feel the burn. Usually, I’m able to work up a good sweat during a F45 class. Not this one. One set and multiple laps may work better for a cardio class and not strength training.

see all reviewsI'll preface by saying I've never done a reformer pilates class, but I've done pilates mat classes before. I definitely was intimidated by the reformer initially, but after the orientation class, I felt pretty comfy with it. I appreciated Kat's hands-on adjustments. The studio has a lobby area with seating that allows a few people to sit before the class starts. There's no changing room, but there is a single use restroom that I was able to use before the class started to get changed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely have to try an actual class because I already felt the burn after the orientation class!

As somebody who has been to kickboxing before, but has a hard time remembering the names of each move it was tough to keep up, but she made an effort to make sure each student was able to follow along as she walked around and checked on everybody.
