Only suggestion would be to avoid 20 sec sprints because it takes awhile for the tread to ramp up and then 5 sec is already gone

FEEDBACK FOR KARMA- consistently the majority (75%~) of the excercises in the cardio round are squats for hot hiit. Everyone loves a squat but them being the majority of hiit intervals consistently is repetitive and not necc! There are so many good excercises that work the lower body and get heart rate up and also provide variety!!
