    This was not only the hardest Barry’s class I’ve ever done, but the hardest workout I’ve ever done. I mean that in a good way - I left feeling so accomplished! Only suggestion would be to avoid 20 sec sprints because it takes awhile for the tread to ramp up and then 5 sec is already gone

Julie's instruction is always top tier 👌🏼 She takes the time to make sure we understand how to do what's coming next, repeats spring changes once we're in the move, gives options for making moves easier or more challenging, and is attentive to clients she knows are taking their first class.     Barbell Basics

    Love the concept of this gym. You have the ability to reserve your own space so your not limited to waiting for certain weights/equipment. I booked a barbell basics class for my first visit.
