There weren’t a lot of people there at the time I went (6:30 AM) and I loved that I didn’t have to fight for space or equipment. I inquired about a membership and the price was very reasonable. The staff member I encountered was very friendly and courteous. I would 100% return and recommend. It was also clean!

see all reviewsI enjoyed the cardio aspect. You’re working on your whole body while learning new dances. What to expect… I took a Sunday class with Nicky and walked in with sandles but thank goodness I had a pair tennis shoes in my car 😮💨. You will be sweating. After taking the class you would think I walked through a thunder storm ⛈️ , I was dripping wet 🤭💦. They do have a water fountain with cups if you forget to bring some. You are learning new dances as you go, so you must jump in, like Nike JUST DO IT! I believe I am a pro at dancing, although this was my first class in years and my dancing may not have reflected this. The other dancers agree with me so it’s true. . I think the dim lights may have contributed to this . As an introvert I felt completely comfortable and found joy, although I missed most of the spinning cues 😢. Also there’s a mini stores with awesome goodies if you want to purchase something but it’s not necessary so no pressure. I shall return!

It is such an art and the class helps you jump right in to learn the techniques while also having a great time. Ely was so patient and took her time to help. All abilities and levels were welcome and well received and I really loved the low pressure and relaxed atmosphere. The bar work was particularly great, dusting off the cobwebs. I will 100% return.
