First Fridays: Restore to Yoga Nidra
see all reviewsAshlee was a lovely guide for this restorative and gentle class. I appreciated that she took time at the beginning for intros and a gratitude practice. It can sometimes be challenging to find options for slower practice styles. I would love to attend this class more frequently than once a month.

see all reviewsMandy is one of the best. She talks you through the entire workout with technique watch outs and countdowns. She’s great at setting up the next move so you transition quickly and get the most out of the workout. Plays Hilary Duff often though lol

see all reviewsInstructor was deeply knowledgeable. Students were able to follow along well with modifications of many levels; fun to see folks of different yoga levels all be able to take a class together. Started and finished 5 min late, which only is tricky if you’re rushing to catch something afterwards, which I don’t recommend as the class is very relaxing and the savasana is very soporific.

see all reviewsLove this offering on ClassPass! Note that the event started at 7 pm, not 7:30 pm, and we barely made it right when it started. Get here early to get a better spot and time for street parking. Bring a yoga mat and definitely some warm clothing and/or blankets, it gets chilly in there especially when you’re laying still.

see all reviewsI’d recommend to show up early (at least 20 minutes) to find parking. My friends and I carpooled and we were lucky enough to find a spot in front. It isn’t in the best neighborhood so just be sure to not leave any valuables in your car & be alert when taking a night class. The class itself is on the 5th floor so there are quite a few flights to climb but the atmosphere you walk into is so welcoming! The front desk receptionist was super kind and helpful reminding us to fill out a waiver prior. The class itself was nice ans I was able to get a good stretch in and relax after a long day. The instructor took her time to get to know the participants and reminded us that this is OUR practice and we have range of how far we want to go within each move.
