see all reviewsGaby is amazing! Great class and great flow! But just a note to the person who spent most of the class fully doing their own flow, if you aren’t going to follow the teacher, please just do yoga at home. I’m all for leveling up or down within the sequence that’s guided, but fully doing your own thing felt disrespectful.

Vinyasa Flow - Non-Heated
see all reviewsSignal boost to anyone looking for a non-heated class. I saw some reviews on here earlier that said this class still had some heat so I double checked and there was air conditioning cooling the room down to 75.. I think they could've used a couple of fans to get the hot air out from the previous heated class but otherwise this was comfortable and I'm pretty heat sensitive.. This is also the only class that the studio offers currently. If you do go let the front desk know that you appreciate having non heated classes.

Interstellar Vinyasa Flow Level 1 & 2
see all reviewsI really liked this class a lot more than most vinyasa classes I have been to. It was in the style of “power vinyasa”, so it was a bit more physically challenging than most because it included some challenging poses, transitions, long holds, and light calisthenics beyond what I see in most classes. With that said, modifications were suggested and the class was accessible to everyone. The instructor had great kind energy and was very encouraging, and she gave crystal clear explanations of how to perform each pose and make each transition.
