    Head to Toe Better Than Foam Rolling

    One word: amazing!!! This class *truly* gets you into alignment. I learned so much about anatomy; Chadd is incredibly knowledgeable and wise. Not to mention very funny, too! He will have you laughing and simultaneously wincing in pain because of the deep tissue/muscle release—it hurts so good! I would say the class description is spot-on, accurate and aptly written as it really is a form of massage. You’ll leave class feeling transformed and way better than you did when you walked in.

    Offered a good sweat and stretch! Definitely more intense than other classes I’ve tried as the instructor encourages you to “max out” poses v. listen to your body as you might find in other studios. Third floor. Parking nearby meters with 2-hr limit.

    Clear instructions from Jackie. It was my first hot yoga class and I thought I was going to faint midway because of the heat but I didn't. It was a welcoming environment with yogis from various levels. Bring water and a towel to wipe your sweat off. They have mats if you need one.
