    Sam was probably one of my all-time favorite barre instructors. I hadnt done about 75% of the exercises in previous barre class here and at another studio, so it was a great change up. She was very encouraging and also helped provide on-hand adjustments when needed. Highly recommend her classes! Just know youll be going go that burn point and you will most likely work up a sweat.

    Dailey Gentle

    Studio was very welcoming to newcomers to barre. Instructor explained directions clearly and offered modifications for injuries. Also walked around and helped with adjustments which I found very helpful. The class was a good mix of gentle and still challenging (my legs / abs were shaking!) Ill definitely be back.

    The class was challenging and had tight transitions in between activities so your heart rate didn't drop. Alison incorporated a couple water breaks in between sets and let you know ahead of time when one was approaching, which I appreciated, so you wouldn't miss some of the workout by grabbing a drink. She encouraged individuals and the entire class throughout the workout, which kept motivation high. I would definitely come back. Good workout, nice sweat, upbeat and positive class.

    CJ is awesome! She was very attentive in a very small class. It is not the kind of pilates class where you will break a sweat with cardio or have any big muscles sore but she hit all the typically overlooked but crucially important muscles like feet and postural muscles in the back.
