see all reviewsJenni has a very spiritual / yogi energy that is lovely! 🧘🏻♀️Her formula class is more yoga flow heavy and yoga pose oriented vs barre/pilates. However, I did moves today that I haven’t ever done in a formula class, so I very much appreciate the creativity and variety of moves! This was a nice change of pace for the Formula that I will add in to my regular class roster!

Felt challenged but secure as a newbie to the space. I do practice yoga at home but haven't used a studio space in quite some time. This was my first time doing hot yoga, but not my first time doing yoga, so I knew how my body was supposed to be in the poses, but a new person won’t get any guidance on form in this class. I am a naturally sweaty person but omg I was literally—literally—dripping sweat for the entire class. I am not sure if I’ll do hot yoga again, but I liked the class’s atmosphere & loved the music and structure of a real cardio workout, so I’ll definitely try other classes of theirs & maybe give this one ago again with a new understanding of what I’m going into.
