About this studio

Barre3 is functional training with a twist. Rooted in three fitness disciplines—ballet barre, pilates and yoga—barre3 workouts will have you feeling strong and balanced inside and out. We’re known for building lean muscles, a strong core, and long-term postural benefits. No experience required. Our classes are designed to make everyone feel welcome and get a great workout. Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle. We supply all props needed. We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to get a tour and meet your instructor.

How to get there

Supporting the Greater Charlotte metro area and conveniently located in the heart of Fort Mill, in the Kingsley Town Center just off I-77 (exit 85) and Hwy 160. There is ample parking in the town center parking lot

These have quickly become my favorite classes! Bethany is a fantastic instructor and makes the intense barre workout approachable for all fitness levels. She pushes just enough to keep you motivated without scaring you away! Seriously, this is THE BEST workout I've ever experienced for my legs!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
