    A fun but still challenging class. I was feeling pretty weak coming in from recovering, but all the moves were easy to get going and get comfortable with the movement. I love the layout here and Katie was very helpful. All the stations were very clear exercises were informative and had great energy at 5 am. The gym is big and sleek. Everyone was also friendly and welcoming with high-fives. I was drenched at the end and Katie took some time to walk with me through the space and talk more which is appreciated.

    LOVE CAZ’s outdoor Balboa Bay classes but the free parking was full even 20 minutes before class started. Had to pay valet $10, worth it for a great workout by the water — but should be mentioned for those who can’t find parking!

    Instructor Liv was outstanding - friendly, really communicative, and engaged with everyone. Appreciated that she took notice and corrected form or offered suggestions/alternative moves individually as needed. I liked the workout too but the proactive instruction was a nice change from what I’ve had and will keep me coming back!

    Firstly, I love that I was greeted by the two cutest dogs. This was my second time going to workout class and I was a bit intimidated at first but, Tony was so helpful. He’s very straightforward and tells you how it is which I can appreciate being so new to the fitness industry. He’s super knowledgeable, makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. 10/10 experience and will be going back!
