    I enjoyed the class! A lot of cardio HIIT and strength which I am in good shape and used to doing frequently. I liked the pace of the class and the exercises kept me engaged and the time went by fast. Lakana was helpful and came over to assist with form. I recommend the class!

    JAMIE A is advanced but you can sit in the saddle anytime and work your way up. My legs may not be as fast at times but I have the heart and will to keep up. I prefer to be get my 🍑 handled to me and this is my cup of tea! 10/10 🔥🔥🔥🔥

    Firstly, I love that I was greeted by the two cutest dogs. This was my second time going to workout class and I was a bit intimidated at first but, Tony was so helpful. He’s very straightforward and tells you how it is which I can appreciate being so new to the fitness industry.
