I would say just in general I’ve notice with a few of the instructors they aren’t very hands on so sometimes I feel like I’m just doing the workout with a bad form and completely wrong. They don’t come to correct form which then could lead to an injury. I understand that it’s a fast paced workout class and there are a lot of us and the instructor is cueing the strength part AND the treadmill part at the same time so I understand that it could be hard to look at everyone. Other than that keeping the instructor separate from the workout method I really thought Megan was super sweet and energetic. Great music and vibes. Would love to hear some Reggaeton in the mix lol. Definitely wanna keep booking Friday mornings with her!! :)

I wish I the core and upper body strength to keep up with the class but it’s Pilates on steroids. Lauren was so sweet and continuously corrected my form when needed. Definitely will be coming back once I gain more upper body and core strength to support the movements & prevent myself from injuring myself.

Feels like Barbies’ Malibu Mansion all the extra little touches like the lights being dimmed and a disco party is raging. The scents, the cards yes yes and yes. If you want a place to get your groove back and not feel out of place because you aren’t crazy in shape the peach is a great place to be.

I do wish there was a class offered that was designated to only the Cadillac though because I find it so fascinating and would love to spend more time on it to progress more :) The studio is located on the upper floor inside the movie theater and is a bit tricky to find the first time. But I followed the video they provided and it was very helpful.

Katalina is obviously a seasoned yoga instructor. I loved the flow of her movements even with the harness. She also guided the first timers very carefully. I would do the class everyday if only it was near me. I had a great stretch!!

For the class, there was a warmup (this one switching between the ski machine and pulling/pushing weight sleds) then a series of sets of exercises within a period of time (Ex: one was three sets of three exercises done within four minutes). Variety of exercises, and Carlos tailored the different weights and set amounts depending on the person, as well as taught useful cues / tips for the exercises. The other members of the gym were really welcoming and it was just overall good vibes. At this time, they do Monday lower body, Tuesday upper body, and Thursday full body. Will try to go back again!
