For those who have not yet had the pleasure of getting to know Dennis, he states this in a lot of classes, but do not be alarmed - He is not sick, He just has a deviated nose septum. This class is the best way to wind down from a crazy week and provide your body with the reset. We all desperately need. THANK YOU DENNIS 🙏🏻

see all reviewsI tried Erin’s sculpt class for the first time today and I will definitely be back. Spicy in a good way and Erin was very welcoming and fun. She provided modifications for beginners and also advanced with heavier weights and ankle weights, etc.

If you are a beginner, she is very supportive and makes you want to come back!

see all reviewsRosie was SO amazing and encouraging! I've taken one class here before and the heat was tolerable, but this one got SUPER hot and humid. I think I heard her mention it went up to 113 at one point! Me and my friend do hot yoga sculpt twice a week and love it but if you're sensitive to dizziness I would say this one might be a bit intense for most. If you want a crazy challenge, go for it! Such a good energy from everyone at this studio both times I've been. 🫶🏻

A few tweaks would have made the class great: if we’re holding static poses for multiple breaths don’t cue that we’re going to flow as it’s contradictory; when offering an advanced modification, offer it on the first side to ensure balance on both sides; cue that we’ll take a last breath together rather than “one more breath (pause), breathe in and out and now rise” as it was confusing.

This was my first time implementing pilates into my workout routine as I only have been attending yoga classes before. However, I appreciate the introduction of pilates into today's workout.
