see all reviewsI haven’t taken Christian’s class in probably 2 years because I remember it being two easy. So today I was thoroughly surprised with how challenging it was and am sad his class isn’t more full. While his cues are slightly chaotic, I was challenged and had fun, and would come back.

The class was really small with only 6 people and while the big window was nice for sunlight, I really wished there were mirrors on both sides so I could see what I was doing. Overall, it was a really good class and I already feel the soreness which means it’s working!! Lots of good shakes from this class. I would book again!

I stopped coming here for a while hoping you guys would get it under control but today I had to watch where I was stepping just to avoid it!! 🤮🤮🤮 it’s EVERYWHERE and it’s hard to focus when the reformer moves and you look down and there’s MORE RAT 🐀 💩 POOP!! 🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀💩💩💩💩. What does it feel like. with words and metaphors — do we avoid our quads and IT bands? Squeeze our core like an empty plastic water bottle? Point on the instructor body to the backside core and flutes to WHERE we should be feeling it. What is the proper form to avoid knee injury? WHAT do we isolate when we do that no bounce move. Can we put more weight on our arms and hands until get better strength in our core? Spine straight or rounding is good if it allows us to…? If we tap back, what are we trying to watch here? Side to side? Does that mean an oblique should specifically be targeted? Should we do the opposite, let go and relax more, to avoid injury?
