    I do a lot of flow yoga, but this was my first hot yoga class. Amanda had us move through a fast flow of challenging poses with a lot of balancing. it was a bit too much for me. The studio is gorgeous and clean and I would like to try another class with a different instructor.

    This class is tough and I’m going to be super sore tomorrow. It’s not for beginners but if you’re already somewhat in shape, it’s an awesome workout to add to the mix. Rob is truly flawless as an instructor. He’s friendly and precise and never misses a beat. Gives good adjustments but you should have a decent understanding of Pilates reformer classes before trying this one.

    Really amazing class. Instructor was ultra smart and knowledgable and adapted to the level of the class, which was truly advanced but in the “let’s get ultra technical” way and not the “let’s just do 10000 reps with hard weights” way which occasionally happens in other “advanced” classes. This was legit. Amazing workout, my body feels stronger and stretched and truly aligned.

    MEGAFORMER

    The mega former doesn’t have much of a connection to your standard Pilates machine equipment, but it DOES still work those areas of your body that are difficult to isolate on your own. Missy was in incredibly efficient instructor who managed to make such a foreign exercise tool feel manageable on my first go round. I recommend it to anyone looking for something new and interesting.

    I was pleasantly surprised by this class. The instructor was really really great- hands on, helpful, authentic & kind with great energy. Usually classes don’t live up to their expectation in regards to classes being hard and a good workout (an example for me would be fhitting room). This class was very challenging and I am still sore two days later. I feel like I finally feel my stomach muscles. I was a little lost and overwhelmed in the beginning of the workout because it moves quickly but kind of just went with it. It’s one I’d definitely try again and encourage others to try.

    Feel The Burn Reformer

    Fab’s reformer class is simply the best. The class definitely gives you a real burn but Fab offers tons of modifications for everyone. I have been coming to the class for over a year largely due to her warm personality and genuine care for each client in the class. I am not a strong athlete but Fab had built up my confidence and always made me feel welcome and much better at pilates! I recommend everyone tries Fab’s class.

    WOW. I was hesitant about this class because the studio isn’t as nice as all the boutique studios in Williamsburg (not to say it’s not clean or suitable- just not equipped with luxury locker rooms and instagram worthy walls). This is TRUE yoga, not the BS y7 hip hop and core sculpt. Riji is the teacher I’ve been looking for- tactile and explains how each form and posture is supporting your body, AND teaches you how to breathe properly and prepare for vinyasa flows rather than jumping right into it which so many teachers do and it’s frustrating. I will definitely be back!!

Very articulate cues, as well as proper hands-on corrections (asks first)... great teaching technique overall, asked about specific requests before class started and taught every one of them (instructors at this studio tend to ask and then not teach the things clients ask for..)     Kit is amazing and teaches anatomy functions alongside the BodyArt technique, and keeps really good pacing of the class for a good workout! It's a great technique blending physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, dance and martial arts, leaving your body feeling light and completely energized throughout the day! The breathing technique in BodyArt is great for blood flow, giving your body space to deepen your other body practices. I personally found the technique to improve range in my pelvis, allowing my dancing to become stronger and more stable.
