Overall great class! Excellent instructions and cueing, I would say the best for that studio. Her style is more bootcampish and rigid which I don’t mind but need to balance with some smiles and encourage the workout to be fun too.

What a great studio! I read the type of class wrong and mistakenly showed up without sneakers. (You dont need shoes for a regular Sculpt class, but you need them for Cardio Sculpt). The staff was quick to find me a loaner pair so I could still work out the receptionist even literally offered me the shoes off of her feet!

Harder than I thought it would be with way more sculpting than I’d anticipated. Good class tho if you want to change it up. It’s super dancey tho and lots of jumping but there was a pregnant woman in the class so if she can do it you probably can too :)

Fabulous. Hadn’t been to DanceBody in a long while and this felt great. Not wanting to do too much cardio right now with my current job, and this was a nice balance of mostly toning and balance with some cardio thrown in to get that heart rate pumping. Also I’ve always appreciated that Andrea brings such positivity to her classes. ??

I took my 1st Sports Barre class with Jacey yesterday. I didn't really know what to expect but happy I went. It was a tough but fun workout. Today I feel soreness everywhere. It was a total body workout with mix of cardio, dance and strength training. Mats and resistance bands were used. Expect to do lunges, planks, push ups and more. Jacey was very energetic and in excellent shape. She also came around to do corrections. Too cool to work out with a former Rockette. Very friendly and encouraging. Great music, nice staff. Very nice, clean and modern studio They provide towels and lockers. Tiny parking lot so if unable to park there, go to municipal lot and they will reimburse you.

    Adult Beginner Ballet

More like advanced beginner because of everyone else in the class. Though challenging it was a really fun class and I would go back. Instructor was great at correcting form and made proper changes for a beginner like me.
