    Sports Barre

I took my 1st Sports Barre class with Jacey yesterday. I didn't really know what to expect but happy I went. It was a tough but fun workout. Today I feel soreness everywhere. It was a total body workout with mix of cardio, dance and strength training. Mats and resistance bands were used. Expect to do lunges, planks, push ups and more. Jacey was very energetic and in excellent shape. She also came around to do corrections. Too cool to work out with a former Rockette. Very friendly and encouraging. Great music, nice staff. Very nice, clean and modern studio They provide towels and lockers. Tiny parking lot so if unable to park there, go to municipal lot and they will reimburse you.

Stephanie is a gem! The class is the perfect balance of challenging choreography and fun. No one takes themselves too seriously at Joffrey, which I love. Love this class! Sarahs choreo is amazing (just check her Yt or insta) and she breaks it down so well. She is also very funny and entertaining, Id give her 10 stars if I could.
