see all reviewsBlake is obviously really seasoned as an instructor and is comfortable directing the room. There’s always a sense of everything going off without a hitch and according to plan. We move a bit more quickly than I’m used to—even for vinyasa—but it’s still a manageable pace. Generally, class structure starts slow, then picks up a little speed with each iteration of the flow, then there’s a point where the repetition sort of locks into your muscle memory and it’s almost like we’re doing a kind of yoga choreography, hit the peak pose (which Blake demos at the beginning of class), and then winds down and caps off with a longer savasana/meditation. Accommodating and friendly vibe. I always leave with a bounce in my step!

Bill is a wonderful instructor and provides variations to the yoga poses to help strengthen the arms, shoulders, and core. There are a lot of inversion in this class and I am unable to do them, but I am slowly working my way towards them. I definitely feel stronger than before.
