    Oh. My. Goodness. This was my first time taking this class but it will DEF not be the last. I read reviews that said Lindsey paces her classes well and that’s a perfect explanation.     I loved my experience here! There is a parking lot in the back, which is meter parking it only cost 1.25 for an hour class. I was greeted as soon as i entered and was signed in. The instructor was very friendly and had a great vibe. I am still in my beginner stages so it was def a challenge but I enjoyed every moment. Super clear with the instructions for moves, providing lots of options for different levels, moving around the room consistently, and adjusting form when necessary. The class was interesting, with lots of new simple moves that I’ve never tried before. And the studio space is really spectacular. With all glass walls on two sides facing the Hudson River, 30 foot ceiling, and a very calm and serene feeling. Love this studio. Highly recommend.
