    Great class and wonderful instruction. I would like to note that multiple people were recording the whole class on their iPhones and it makes some patrons uncomfortable to be on video! Something worth noting for the studio to perhaps make a policy about.

    First time taking a weightlifting class and it was great! The instructor was very nice and welcoming. To me, the class was structured like a HIIT class but with weights. I wish we started with a bit more stretching and mobility work before going into the weights, but you are welcome to stay after to stretch for a bit. Would take again!

    Grace was awesome! Loved the set up - good spacing between bikes, fun lights, fans. She was very high energy and motivating. The class instructions use the bike monitorsā€™ resistance (watts) and speed (ROM), but you could choice to ignore. Also uses small weights for arm exercises. Will definitely be back!

    Wow. Just wow. First time here. Iā€™ve been to 100s of workout classes and this was another level. Even the intermediate is challenging from warm up to finisher. I highly recommend - super supportive coach and teammates as well!

    Loved the class! Ellen was an informative and enthusiastic instructor! I usually donā€™t like group fitness classes because they go too fast but Ellenā€™s pace was comfortable. Make no mistake! It was still a great workout, even the low impact cardio in the beginning had me sweating! Would definitely take a class taught by her again! Thanks Ellen for a lovely class! ā˜ŗļø
