see all reviewsCrazy fun, and a killer cardio workout. I was pretty spent at the halfway mark, but just kept following Doug's #1 rule of having fun. Though the class goes at high intensity for the full hour, you can always take it down a notch or just walk in place for awhile. It's pretty impossible not to immediately love Doug--he's incredibly welcoming, endlessly energetic, and full of hugs to share. Bring a towel and lots of water!

Nick was taking Missy’s class which I always think is a great sign - sort of a fitness-industry “dogfooding”. The class was challenging, but still fun. There was a lot of variety of the moves but I never felt lost thanks to Nick’s clarity of instruction. I will definitely be back!

The instructor is super nice and was very helpful to me as a newcomer, explaining all the moves. I don’t do a lot of Pilates so it was enjoyable to do something new. Note: this is not cardiovascular or a class where you’ll break a big sweat so it’s great if you have somewhere to go after.

Would be helpful to have a little paddleboarding experience beforehand, but don't need much. Just need to be comfortable on the board. Patrick gave great pointers throughout and covered the basics before we got on the water. And the crew of regulars were very welcoming and encouraging. I hope to return!
