see all reviewsThe instructor was phenomenal - super energetic and encouraging. The space was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably, and the workout was fun and effective. The circuits and upbeat music made the time fly by. My one request would be for ALTR to get a few slightly lighter dumbbells for us newbies, but otherwise, no complaints at all! Highly recommend this class!
