    Signature I

So hard but so good. Amazing teacher. I wish there were signature classes at 630 PM on weeknights at 73rd or 57th bc its a logical after work time but they only seem to offer beginner at 630pm every night at both of these studios which I find strange.

    Signature II

Jason is a master who never disappoints. Always leaves me feeling challenged + burned out in such a different manner than my HIIT, crossfit, Barrys & spin classes. But please dont come to a signature class if youve never taken barre before, let alone a P57 class - they have beginner classes for this reason!

    Power 45

Love Flybarre. Nice and challenging and fast paced without the weird stuck-to-the-barre-kill-your-knees nonsense. Definitely hard and have definitely seen results. Not as "traditional" as Physique57, for example, but I think a better experience (also, good instructors, good instruction, doesn't feel Overly gendered one way or the other).

Loved Edwards class! Hes very knowledgeable and didnt mind slowing things down to make sure everyone knew what they were doing. Very relaxing class and the lavender scents at the end were icing on the cake. Will definitely take another class with him!

    FlyBarre: Power 45

Really loved Chase!! She's so upbeat and does a great job of energizing the class. Loved her music. She also gave really helpful adjustments. The class was challenging for the entire body but still approachable for all fitness levels and it flew by!

    Exhale Barre

John David is new favorite exhale instructor. He’s upbeat and leads a hard class but he also is great with corrections and incorporates great stretching during move transitions. Big fan and this particular slot is a fairly quietly class, which is very welcome!!

    Exhale Chill Yoga

I love this class for when I want to have a relaxing meditation with some movement. This is definitely not a workout but I sign up for this class when I want a deep relaxing stretch and to find peace. It’s a very calming class that stretches your body out from holding different poses for long periods of time. I love the vibe of this class.

    Pure Barre Classic

Great if you're familiar with the Pure Barre format but may seem a bit rushed/confusing if you're new to barre. I just came back from a PB hiatus but Teresa was very clear and great at demonstrating all the new/updated moves without slowing down the pace of the class.

    FlyBarre 60

Tony is one of my favorite instructors at fly barre. i like the assigned mats, banana/Apple, and water at the studio. it's not high impact or much cardio, mostly toning but if you know that's what you're going for then it's what you get and he's really energetic and cheers everyone on!

Ava leads a great class! She was attentive during the class and brought a great energy. The class was definitely one of the more challenging ones, but not to the point of discouragement for a novice student. I'm looking forward to taking another class with her soon.

    Pure Barre Classic

Great workout - pretty challenging but Taseen was really supportive and encouraging, and gave lots of hands-on corrections. My only complaint was that the sound system was not so good - it almost sounded static-y - which sometimes made it tough to hear the instructions for each pose.

    Pure Reform

First time taking reform. Love using the sliders. Some of the positions weren’t as clear what muscle I was working, less of the heavy burn of a regular classic class. Would like to try again to see if these things feel more clear next time. Instructor was great, beautiful space as all Pure Barre studios are...

    WORK

The class was a good workout. The instructor was attentive to form and helpful. I am embarrassingly bad at jumping rope, and that was one of the stations in the circuit. So that was no bueno for me. I got a good sweat overall. If you have never done interval training before, this may be a difficult class for you to start out with.

Charlie is great and the new studio is a bit more spacious than Flux, if you've ever been to the old space. I was fortunate enough to receive an individual class due to the timing around the holidays and could not have been more pleased with the feedback and some of the challenges that I was able to complete I look forward to attending more in the new year. mat rentals are 3 and there is a bathroom and tea station
