Danny is an awesome coach who keeps you motivated and focused the whole time! It was my first time running in a while, and this class was an awesome challenge. Great playlist and clean space, too. Will def be back!

    NYC OUTDOOR RIDE

Great class outdoors, Natalie is a fun instructor. Wish the bikes were numbered, the numbers on them are old and don’t match up with the actual ones. You can use the gyms locker room but there are no towels provided.

    Hatha Yoga

Im giving 5 stars because I love the idea of outdoor yoga in the park and want these folks to continue and thrive, but I do have some suggestions for improving the class. First, the teacher should have a sign or some kind of marker to help people locate the class amid the hundreds of people milling around the meeting place. And the class should remain at the meeting place until 5 min before class, rather than walking off at 15 min before class to a remote part of Sheeps Meadow. I arrived 12 min prior to class and couldnt find anyone until class actually started and I saw a distant group in downward dog. During class, the teacher was hard to hear and seemed self-conscious about raising her voice over the sounds of the park. During transitions, it would be helpful if the teacher announced the names of the poses first, so experienced yogis can keep to a smooth flow, rather than going into detailed positioning for each limb for beginners and only later stating warrior 2.

They didnt know what ClassPass was but they figured it out. Bikes were surprisingly nice. They keep your ID while you ride but no other costs.

DONATION BASED CENTRAL PARK YOGA (SUGGESTED $10)

You get the best of both worlds w Shannon as an instructor: a good workout matched with deep relaxation!! I’m definitely able to hold my poses for longer since starting my yoga journey with her. You also will find a sense of community with this group bc everyone is open, fun, and can be silly :). I love that the classes are taught at different locations so that you get to explore the city (an amazing opportunity for me since I just moved here) but also you get to break up the routine/ do something different. I think this class is perfect for committed yogis and those who are just interested/ want to try it! 10/10 I 100% recommend these classes!!!!

    Zumba Basic

This was my first time taking Zumba and I absolutely love Talitha. She was warm, welcoming and just made it a fun experience. My only critique is that I feel the class could benefit from a bigger studio so we can really let loose (Im pretty sure I bumped into someone twice because I was so into it). Still, I will be back.
