    Exhale Power Yoga

Beautiful upscale sports facility. Teacher was enthusiastic and hands on. It’s been a long time since I’ve taken an unheated class but this one was intense and challenging! Interesting and novel movement sequences which I really appreciate.

    Mat Pilates

This was SO nice. A very gentle but challenging Pilates class. There were only 3 of us but it felt right because the room wasn’t all that big and it was dimly lit anyways. This instructor was really clear on her instructions and gave adjustments as needed. This would be a great workout to focus on breathing and strength. And the space is incredible— a luxurious workout, if there ever was one.

    Virtual Flow 2

Great class. Loved that the instructor was providing voice prompts & that the camera was specifically set up so there was one person in clear view as a model. Being able to really see & hear made for a super effective blended class w people in studio & virtual. I also appreciated the little bits of humor that Mitchell sprinkled in.

Emily was absolutely amazing. She was such a motivating instructor!!! I was seriously ready give up every 5 mins and she got me right back to it each time. All the moves weren’t too hard to follow but it was definitely not easy either. All the classes I ever took with Corepower was great, but this was the best one yet. I’ll be coming back to take her class each week. I loved it!

    Live Stream - Restorative (online)

So relaxing. This is not Yin. This is restorative which is more passive laying stretching poses. Almost meditative. Time of day is weird to me (11:15a) I randomly had a day off so I could take this class which I really enjoyed but is more of a senior citizen crowd. Wish it was offered at more assessable times. Def recommend if some unwinding if you can get to this class time. Old school yoga studio. Very classic.

    SweatShed: Iron Assets

I’m a trainer, and I found this class a really good check up for anyone on kettlebell form. Was worried it could be too introductory - and it was def not. Challenging in a good way - def more strength than cardio.
