Heated Mat
see all reviewsReally great class! Madison incorporated stretching and breath work throughout class and the music and moves all flowed perfectly together! I like that it was a basic and true Pilates class with not too many props. My one complaint with The Workshop hot mat classes (besides the fact that everyone goes to them and they need more locations) is that they do not have a late policy and people often show up 10 minutes into the workout which can be really distracting if you are in a hot room red room… but that has nothing to do with Madison!

see all reviewsThis studio was a whole vibe last night. This is my second class I have done here, too. What I loved about last night was that the place is decorated for the season so right when you walk in it’s unique and gives off good energy. Class was busy/full and just what I needed after a long day - I really appreciate how Effie connects her words with the body so effortlessly. Thank you!

see all reviewsGreat workout, good stretches and the instructor helped me on my form which I appreciated. I’m always anxious in a fast pace class that I’m potentially doing something wrong or going to injure myself if my form is off. So it means a lot to me to have it pointed out and corrected!

see all reviewsKate’s Vin to Yin class was surprisingly awesome! I wasn’t expecting much from a Wednesday night Vin/Yin experience, probably because the classes I’ve attended at other places have been just okay. However, the structure and flow of this class were well thought out and even a bit difficult, which I found refreshing. Most Vin to Yin classes are just flow and then lay down, but this was both a mental and physical workout. I loved every minute of it and looking forward to the next one.

see all reviewsHeather was amazing and I loved this class. It was my first time at the foundry and I was very happy with how welcoming and inclusive the class was. I am a beginner in yoga, and very much so not flexible. I appreciated how Heather suggested modifications as we went along, which allowed either the movements to be more or less challenging. That made it easy for me to flow with the class and really get into a mindful place without worrying if I was doing it “right”. The atmosphere of this class is also great, very relaxing, the music was calming and Heathers voice during the class even during instructions into new movements was very soothing. 10/10 will be coming here again!!

see all reviewsAs always, the class was wonderful. What really made my day was Gina braving the hot lava that was the parking lot to male sure that I got something I dropped! I use a different service that they are included in to pay for class, as winter rolls around, they have to limit the number of students that use this service, but to make sure I still could practice as often as I would like they made me aware of a deal they are running. It made me feel special and, like my practice, is as important to them as it is to me. Once again, Yoga Spot goes above and beyond!!!!
