Small groups rotated between stations every 9 mins, so even though it was challenging it went by fast. see all reviewsOverall the class was great and challenging. The staff and the other members are very friendly and I felt very welcomed. The class today included a cardio warmup drill and then 9 different leg exercises with 4 sets each including various types of weights and resistance bands. The difficulty can be modified based on skill level by modifying the workout or changing the weights. You are paired up with a partner who will perform the same workout with you, and then the class will rotate around the stations until all 9 are complete. The coach and assistant coaches will come around and help adjust your form and also check your weight suitability in case you pick up one that’s too light so insufficient for muscle building or one that is too heavy to compromise your form. I got a really good sweat session out of the workout.
