Power Flow Vinyasa
see all reviewsKris was an amazing teacher that was so genuine and welcoming to everyone in the class. He made the space feel very open and raw. His flow was beautiful and his cues were perfect. The class was well laid out and I loved the play time and use of props. The music was so good too! The actual space was minimal, with only one bathroom and no showers, and the mats / towels are not very nice. The room isn’t hot but it is warm and the mirrors and adjustments to lighting were wonderful. This class wasn’t a challenging workout but it was a beautiful space to mindfully meditate through a physical practice.

see all reviewsThat class was unreal! The instructor did a great job encouraging us to keep working but also made it clear that we can take any down time we need throughout the class. I personally had to step out a few times because I was feeling a little too hot when my heart rate went up during the cardio portion. BRING A TOWEL AND WATER! It is a killer workout and a great way to wind down from a stressful day.

see all reviewsI really enjoyed this relaxing class. Beth was a warm, friendly, approachable, and professional instructor who used what I would describe as a trauma-informed approach in her class. She asked people to raise their hand if we did not feel comfortable with being touched for adjustments to our practice when we were positioned in a way that we wouldn’t be able to see other students, which I found respectful and trauma-informed. She also rubbed her hands together as she approached us so her hands were warm, and so we knew she was coming, before she adjusted our position at all. Small touches like that are significant to me as an advocate and show her thoughtfulness and professionalism in her practice. The positions we did were modifiable for various fitness levels, and this class was low intensity enough that beginners and diverse bodies could participate. There was size and cultural diversity in this class, as well, which is always a bonus! Clean and beautiful space.

see all reviewsThe instructor was great. It was a little hard to find the studio at first but they are very relaxed and friendly and welcoming. The music was awesome and loud! It was a little hot inside since hot yoga happened in there before class but otherwise I had a great time. We did take a lot of breaks between songs which I thought could’ve been cut down. Id go back! Very welcoming to new people and very fun and comfortable environment.

Her guidance through Nidra is warm, soft, relaxing, soothing and nourishing. As long as I am here in Phoenix I will be in her class. My life is changed since her class last night. I found my Spirit. I released the frozen trauma held in various parts of my body. I found myself with her Divine Guidance inward.
