Rumble Training 50 mins - NY
see all reviewsWas my first time here, and I really liked it! Great instructor, good energy and beat drops synced with pushes. It’s similar to Barry’s in how it’s formatted, but the technology is more advanced (displays exercises & timer on screen and fancier treadmill). I would say Barry’s has a better strength component though, but overall would recommend this class!

see all reviewsJust took my THIRD CLASS W THIS INSTRUCTOR IN UNDER 24 HOURS. If that isn’t a rave review, then I don’t know what is 😉 he’s personable, articulate, outlines workouts to pace yourself, offers modifications for anyone w injuries, challenges you and makes workouts fun with his music and energy. A+

see all reviewsGreat class. Great instructor. The ONLY issue I have is narcissistic 23 yr old boys taking their shirts off in class. What is thisss???? Super lame, kind of annoying, it's a group fitness class, not yoga. But as far as the class and instructor-great stuff

ABOUT MILE HIGH:Treadmill-based interval and strength training classes in a lights…MEGA-STRIDE
see all reviewsI didn’t think I liked megaformer or running but I love this class!! Stevie is my favorite instructor. The stride class is a lot going on with them teaching both tread and evo and some of the instructors get frustrated when people are confused on the evo but Stevie never does, she’s so patient and helpful!

see all reviewsClass was AMAZING! My first Barry’s in NYC post-Covid and it was awesome. I agree with other reviewers that the studio is a bit small, but it didn’t impact me and I just used the mirrors if I was ever lost. Josiah had great energy and great music!

see all reviewsReally friendly instructor! I liked the flow of the megaformer portion, and the blocks of interval work on the tread was a nice balance of structure vs. variety. Only thing is that class started a few minutes late due to getting newbies acclimated so the second half of class was cut short.

see all reviewsJaimie is such an A+ instructor— I wish I could take her class everyday. I would if I could! The class is challenging yet possible, and her music game is on point. My only minus is that the music and speakers are so loud that my ears ring after class. Maybe they should supply single use earplugs they do at some other studios?

Full body workout with dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags and bodyweight. Instructor is amazing and gives clear instructions on and corrections to form.

see all reviewsVR treadmill experience was interesting but Derek’s sound meditation and yoga was the real highlight for me. The yoga was just simple asanas and more of a “stretching” to prepare to relax in the sound meditation but it was just what I needed.

see all reviewsCoach came as me about 5-6 mins late. Not good but no biggie. Class is nonstop. No breaks whatsoever. GREAT sweat. They do alot of outdoor laps. We dis 4 today so bring a long sleeve shirt to easily slip into. There’s alot of cardio and jump squats, which I prefer. First 1/2 is mainly cardio drills: high knees, planks, outside laps around the block, bear crawls. Second 1/2 is a circuit we do two tomes followed by an outside lap. No breaks at all. No slowing down. Challenging class. Good for overall toning and to blast cals. Not good if you’re a model or dancer looking to sculpt and not bulk up. We dud extended plans that can bulk up the shoulders as well as burpees & jump squats that can bulk up the legs. Literally your agent’s nightmare. I’d still def return but modify the moves as I did today to avoid jump squats/a ton of big thigh muscle work.
