    Mat Pilates

This was SO nice. A very gentle but challenging Pilates class. There were only 3 of us but it felt right because the room wasn’t all that big and it was dimly lit anyways. This instructor was really clear on her instructions and gave adjustments as needed. This would be a great workout to focus on breathing and strength. And the space is incredible— a luxurious workout, if there ever was one.

Maggie was such a sweetheart! She gave great guidance and made us smile throughout practice :) I would 100% take her class again, the room was so hot and I got a great sweat in and really opened up my hips!

This yoga studio is so special. It’s the most beautiful space I’ve ever practiced in and the teachers are fantastic! The infrared lights are a wash of beautiful color and yes, of course you come here to practice but you could just do nothing and you’d still get the benefits of being at an infrared sauna. There is a gorgeous salt wall and I’m hooked. I don’t think I can practice anywhere else because after I leave here, I feel like I’ve been to a spa, my therapist and the gym. They have inexpensive mat and towel rentals, spacious and beautiful changing rooms for any gender and inexpensive water and kombucha for sale. If you enjoy heated yoga you will never go anywhere else again. #classpassinsider

Reslky nice gym. Clean and front staff (a lovely woman today) were very helpful. I wasn't in love with the lockers but will happily return to exercise there.

Great class although the room is very hot - don’t think it’s officially hot yoga but feels like it to a beginner! The poses were great and it was relaxing but it’s a bit faster than other beginner classes I have been to with much more flow

Really excellent class. Awesome flow sequence followed by stretch, timing of poses was perfect. Such a great balance of energizing and restoring, and felt amazing after class. Will be back for sure.

    IN PERSON Katonah Restorative

Echoing everyone else’s reviews, this was one of the best classes and Ty was an amazingly welcoming teacher, especially for the newbies like myself who had never been to the studio or done Katonah yet. This was unlike any other class I’ve taken. It was restorative and yet challenging. Poses were somehow both relaxing and intense. I’ve never used 7 blocks and 3 blankets in one pose before. Definitely check it out, but come in with an open mine. The class vibe is very communal.

    Live Stream - Restorative (online)

So relaxing. This is not Yin. This is restorative which is more passive laying stretching poses. Almost meditative. Time of day is weird to me (11:15a) I randomly had a day off so I could take this class which I really enjoyed but is more of a senior citizen crowd. Wish it was offered at more assessable times. Def recommend if some unwinding if you can get to this class time. Old school yoga studio. Very classic.
