    Strength & Sculpt (Pelvic Floor)

I loved this class! The studio was beautiful and the staff was super warm and welcoming. The instructor gave modifications and never pressured to do something each participant couldn’t handle. It was a supportive atmosphere and I will definitely be back!

Live Stream At Home CONBODY Class

Amazing! Incredibly challenging. I had to take a 5 minute break! A mixture of calisthenics, fast paced Pilates floor work, boot camp without the weightlifting “break.” Lots of plank jacks, burpees, flutter kicks, pushups and mountain climbers, with no real pauses. Possibly the most difficult class I’ve ever taken, just for the cardio alone. You won’t miss your spinning class. The only suggestion I could make would be to add an arm sequence, maybe with light weights...but I know that goes against the spirit of “no equipment.” So good!!

The class had a good amount of intensity - a little less emphasis on stretching and cool down though. Not a lot of pointers on correcting form. Great location and new equipment, nice vibe altogether

Great class. Jennifer had great music and provided lots of options/modifications which helped ease me back into my first class in a long while. She also was very attentive and helpfully corrected form as needed.

Legs, Butt & Shoulders (Virtual) (LT HYPE)

Wow she is awesome. Probably a former dancer (you can tell from her grace and posture) which meant she gave excellent, form focused demos. She also teaches at physique57 which means she’s incredibly clear when describing the moves, and actually monitors the class to give individualized feedback. She wasted NO time and was very urgent. The moves were also simple and easy to follow, but extremely effective. She encouraged me- specifically- to increase my dumbbell weight and I SO appreciated that motivation. Thank you for a truly excellent class and I cannot wait to come back!

    Open Mat

It was my first pilates mat class and I feel like it’s the workout I’ve been looking for - low impact with high efficiency. It being my first time, I was pretty intimated but Christi couldn’t have been nicer & welcoming.

Dena was so nice, class was very chill and the weather was absolutely phenomenal. I actually started class without my mat because my partner was running late, and it was so refreshing to be connected to the earth for this practice.

    Alignment Flow

The instructor was Sara and she was great! She gave excellent cues and instructed in a way that kept me really present. The only thing I’d add would be some more hands-on corrections, especially since the class is supposed to be alignment focused.

Such a great group!! We ran a mile and a half and everyone ran together. At stoplights we all have high fives (it’s required :)). Then we went back to the bar and had some drinks and popcorn. Super friendly group and perfect for newbie runners!

    Mat Pilates

I absolutely LOVED this class! I’m usually in the gym during the week and this was a great change of environment and way to challenge my body differently. The instructor was attentive, had a great playlist, and challenged me, especially my core (it was on fire for a couple of days after the class). I’ll definitely be adding this to my workout routine!
