see all reviewsAmazing! Incredibly challenging. I had to take a 5 minute break! A mixture of calisthenics, fast paced Pilates floor work, boot camp without the weightlifting “break.” Lots of plank jacks, burpees, flutter kicks, pushups and mountain climbers, with no real pauses. Possibly the most difficult class I’ve ever taken, just for the cardio alone. You won’t miss your spinning class. The only suggestion I could make would be to add an arm sequence, maybe with light weights...but I know that goes against the spirit of “no equipment.” So good!!

see all reviewsWow she is awesome. Probably a former dancer (you can tell from her grace and posture) which meant she gave excellent, form focused demos. She also teaches at physique57 which means she’s incredibly clear when describing the moves, and actually monitors the class to give individualized feedback. She wasted NO time and was very urgent. The moves were also simple and easy to follow, but extremely effective. She encouraged me- specifically- to increase my dumbbell weight and I SO appreciated that motivation. Thank you for a truly excellent class and I cannot wait to come back!

The instructor was attentive, had a great playlist, and challenged me, especially my core (it was on fire for a couple of days after the class). I’ll definitely be adding this to my workout routine!
