Instructor was great!loved her energy. I also appreciated that she gave us a good heads up of what the class was going to entail so we could plan warm ups & recoveries accordingly.

First time taking Meghan’s class and will be back! Time just seemed to fly in her class. Bomb playlist that kept me going when I needed it. She also kept the mic and music really well balanced which I always appreciate there.

    Strength & Sculpt

Everyone at the studio was super welcoming and I really appreciated the time they took to show me around. The instructor had a great energy, really clear cues, and the class felt like the right level of challenging. Similar to some other reviews, I was surprised to wear sneakers on the mat and not grippy socks (felt weird wearing outdoor shoes!) and the mats felt a little close together. Overall though, the studio was really pretty (loved the colored lights!) and I got a great workout!

    HIP HOP

This class is a lot of fun with great energy! Any level can come although I would suggest beginner. If you’re an advanced dancer you might want more intense choreography. The moves were easy enough to follow and there was a warm sense of community in the room. I’ll definitely come back!

Such a great group!! We ran a mile and a half and everyone ran together. At stoplights we all have high fives (it’s required :)). Then we went back to the bar and had some drinks and popcorn. Super friendly group and perfect for newbie runners!

    Boxing Bootcamp

Was happy to be back after a long break! I took many boxing classes in various studios and I must say it’s rare that the instructors are as attentive to technique and form as at Trifecta. Wish we did more varying boxing combinations but most of the class was new to boxing so it’s understandable. No matter what you’ll still break a sweat if you put all the work into it and the instructors are very motivating.
