see all reviewsEveryone at the studio was super welcoming and I really appreciated the time they took to show me around. The instructor had a great energy, really clear cues, and the class felt like the right level of challenging. Similar to some other reviews, I was surprised to wear sneakers on the mat and not grippy socks (felt weird wearing outdoor shoes!) and the mats felt a little close together. Overall though, the studio was really pretty (loved the colored lights!) and I got a great workout!

The moves were easy enough to follow and there was a warm sense of community in the room. I’ll definitely come back!

Boxing Bootcamp
see all reviewsWas happy to be back after a long break! I took many boxing classes in various studios and I must say it’s rare that the instructors are as attentive to technique and form as at Trifecta. Wish we did more varying boxing combinations but most of the class was new to boxing so it’s understandable. No matter what you’ll still break a sweat if you put all the work into it and the instructors are very motivating.
