Awesome instructor and challenging routine. She was great about demoing the moves and gave very frequent and very clear tips on form, which was super helpful. Appreciated the predominantly somewhat angry hip hop too — perfect playlist for getting into fighter mode. Loved the class!!!

Thank you Bradley for an amazing class! This man has so much energy, it’s palpable. He was *literally* bouncing off the walls (you’ll see). I love the HYPE that the Rumble instructor bring to the classes (both boxing and training), which makes it so much fun. Working out doesn’t have to be so serious! Not only is rumble training a great workout, but the amenities are fabulous. They even offer clean towels inside the studio in case your towel gets extra sweaty. The locker rooms are immaculate. I obliviously can’t say enough about Rumble!

Fun, tough workout. I was expecting it to be Barry’s or fhitting room hard. It felt probably comparable to a fair fhitting room workout and a light to medium Barry’s workout. For sure what you put in is what you get out. Clear instructions, motivating instructor. Wish it were an hour long at 15-16 credits.

Great class! I was initially super upset to see my favorite teacher wouldnt be teaching (although I do very much appreciate that this studio sends out a text to notify of teacher changes). I absolutely loved Ryan though. He had a great energy, and I loved this hip opening flow. Also one of the best playlists Ive practiced to in a while. Truly amazed today by the dedication of the Switch staff. Their jobs are hard enough, demo’ing at each station, but now they are disinfecting everything in between sets. As always, love this studio and their classes. Given the current Covid-19 situation, they have upped their game on cleanliness of the studio too. Towels to wipe down equipment are used once and go into the laundry, at night the entire studio is disinfected, and during the day/classes there is someone disinfecting handles and buttons and other high touch point areas across the entire studio. If you’re healthy and responsible you can feel safe going to class and don’t need to avoid it.

Wow, this was an absolutely fantastic class. One of the best I’ve taken through ClassPass. Percell has a background training pro athletes, and you can tell. He understands the science of the body and how to make the most out of the workout. At the same time, the structure of the class is good for all levels and he’s great about balancing everyone’s needs. I left feeling like I got the most out of my time and left sore for days after. Also he’s not hard on the eyes so that adds to the motivation!

So the reviews are true, Christine is actually really cool and welcoming. She takes the time to talk to you, remembers your name, asks you about injuries 1:1. She does go around during the circuit correcting form so you don’t hurt yourself. The only thing I don’t like is the warmup because you have to line up with others to do it and it’s not necessarily smooth, like you’re forced to keep up which isn’t a good feeling right off the bat to start or you’re waiting for the person in front of you. Also, since the space is small and because you’re zig zagging back and forth between stations, there’s a lot of times you almost bump into someone or vice versa. That said, it’s a tough, challenging workout and the instructor is really great so I’d still highly recommend it and plan on going back.

    WOOOM Yoga Experience

I loved this class! The vinyasa portion was challenging and fun and made the relaxation portion that much better. WOOM is one of my favorite studios because of how welcoming the teachers are

Good stretching for Sunday afternoon. My legs shake so that means they are working. As always, I m impressed by the Bar Method instructors’ ability to memorize our names even when I barely had interaction with her before class.

    Boxing (All Levels)

Great class. All other classes I’ve gone to elsewhere as a beginner has been good but they have not near as good paid attention in correcting the form for newbies as here. Loved the sweat!

    Vinyasa | Level 2-3 w/Music

Such an incredible class. An intense flow but in the best way. Megna was really friendly and positive AND there was live music (!!!) — someone playing the guitar and another playing the flute. Really loved this class and can’t wait to come back.

    MELT Method

Claudia, is such an awesome MELT tracher. I'm incredibly disappointed that the studio has been closed. The government and the media have blown the danger of this flu out of proportion. A greater, persistent danger is all the EMF we're subjected to from our phones, tablets, SMART TVs, etc. People are likr zombies on the subways and buses. It's frightening how they're is no pusb back against all the EMF. As humans, we have evolved over BILLIONS of years to develop a formidable immune system. The government has brainwashed people into believing they need the flu vaccine. You DON'T!!!! It should be a choice to get it, instead it's being forced upon children and workers. They're even injecting babies born within 24 hours for Hepatitis B. Hep b is transmitted via sex and blood. They could just dp a simple blood test on the mom called the Heaptitis B surface antigen, but they don't. I hope you realize this "flu" means they're going to develop a universal flu faccine. Just wait .
