    I thought a 30 min class would be easy since I found the Dash 28 a breeze, but I was so wrong. This was intense and I felt like I was going to throw up at times. Come to this on an empty stomach! Corinne always has the hardest workouts.

    This class is a lot larger than the one in Fidi. Despite the size, Michelle was able to adjust accordingly and make the class work. Every move hurt but felt incredible. She patiently corrected my form when necessary without making me feel too pressured to execute. Wasn’t a fan of Michelle’s country music however, recommend it playing mainstream top hits.

    Great stretch. You will sweat a little. I'm not a "yogi" by any means, so I will say you have to be willing to get weird i.e. chanting, peaceful music, a couple funky moves. Felt great after though! Love the use of blocks. Will definitely go again.

    This class wasn't AS insanely hard as some other Physique57 classes I've taken (or maybe I just wasn't pushing myself hard enough?) but I still got a great full body toning session- loved the amount of ab work we did!     Maddy was great! She uses some yoga-like mantras about breathing through the class which is a nice relief to the pain of barre! I only wish that she would provide more hands-on corrections, since it's so hard to know if your form is correct in Barre. She rarely corrected anyone but did do a good job of verbalizing how your stance should be. She also was nice about providing modifications upfront if you felt any pain in specific areas.

    This place is fantastic, so I am still giving it five stars. However: Instructor cues in this class were not effective and transitions between the exercises were awkward and time-consuming.     Such a tough workout, but exactly what I wanted. Very good bang for your buck in terms of squeezing in a good full body workout. Justin was super nice and great at explaining everything. He was also good about going around and offering form corrections and positive reinforcement. Very non-judgmental and encourages you to do what your body will allow. Clean, nice studio and a small-ish class so there was ample room to do the exercises. A lot like KORE but with less over-crowding!

    Really enjoyed the instructor. Challenging and great attitude. Space is still a construction zone. Not loving the concrete stairs. Edge is really sharp on your bare feet. Lots of uneven edges on sides of room be careful. Stair has no safety railing. Looks cool but when we were changing over classes and crowding on the stairs I felt like someone could tumble over easily. Might want to wear some shoes up until you get on the reformer. Glass door was missing panels so you could hear the music from the lobby which had crazy base and was totally different from the music in the room and it was really distracting. Maybe come back in a month once things are finished. Only one bathroom and two changing areas. Might want to consider changing and peeing at home. .

At the beginning of the class, the instructor showed us how to do different boxing moves before we started on the bags, unlike other studios I have been to.     Ive been doing Barrys since 2015 - I love it - and Ive rarely had an instructor thats as hard as Brady for the floor sequence.     Great vibe here, I like the low lights and loud music. It is a little warm in the studio so dress accordingly. If youre new its better to get a machine in the middle so you can see other people and the instructor hangs there the most. Its a little hard to understand some of the moves if you havent been but before class the teacher demonstrated some (so go early and watch!). They dont use the traditional Lagree names so I was a little lost at times but I think the more you go the more you will catch on. Teacher was full of energy and excitement- you can tell he is passionate about his work there. Highly recommend Jacob!

    The real deal. It’s a turf-style training class. Class started with series of jump drills over hurdles and sprints back, then straight sprints, then jumping on boxes, then sled pushes. Since most drills are done in single-file line, it can feel intimidating/inspiring if the person behind you is breathing down your back. I loved it. But not for everyone.

    New to this studio. Top floor is the hit / bounce studio. Bounce is a trampoline choreographed class with intermittent weights, pushup, abs section. It takes a little time to get used to bouncing but even if you don’t get every move ur still working out.     My 1st time at Brrrn and I was struck by how awesome and friendly the team and instructors are. Lindsay made a point of greeting everyone in the class and setting expectations. The format itself was interesting: sort of a build from a slow yoga flow to some strength and sculpt work with an unexpected cardio blast in the last few minutes. Lots of balancing too. Wasn't the toughest workout but I wasn't looking for that. I still felt a burn. The room temp felt so refreshing and it's a cool concept. Definitely recommend it and plan to return.

    Really fun class, and I loved Abbey's energy. Great playlist, too. The workout was deceptively hard. You think those weights are too light until you don't put your arms down for 10 minutes! Looking forward to taking more classes.
