    Modo (Music)

Great class-Chelsea was awesome. Her hands on assists were amazing. This class is very similar to Bikram in style and hear of class (maybe a little less hot) but with different poses and some down dogs. Overall a nice stretch and a good sweat.

Ill be back! Seriously wonderful class. Sam was helpful at demonstrating, describing, and correcting the poses, and took us through a great evening sequence to activate the arms, inner legs, and chest. Cant wait for the next class!

    75 Minute Vinyasa and Restore

The whole staff was incredibly sweet and personable! As a new visitor, I thought it was great that Melissa took time to welcome me to the studio; but she wasnt overbearing during the session with modifications and suggestions. This was a very relaxing class!

    Yin (Music)

My muscles had been feeling tight and tense the last week. This stretch was much needed. Bonus that the music was so calming I could’ve easily fallen asleep. I appreciate the 90-min length for this yin class too. It sounded lengthy at first, but the time flew by as we moved from pose to pose. Rob was encouraging and maintained good energy throughout the entire class. Would def go again

    Modo 45

I was worried i wouldn’t like a class without music but this was so enjoyable! The teacher was loud, easy to follow but challenging. I never felt uncomfortable or like I had to do anything. She made it clear that this class was ours to do with what we wanted. Wish I lived in LA so I could go to modo all the time.

    HPF - Hot Power Fusion

HPF is my favorite class at CP - a great sweat that leaves you feeling strong and relaxed. this was my first time at the Hollywood location and its really nice. only con is that parking was $6 because i took a shower and shopped after for leggings. 90 mins is $2.50 so dont go a minute over that and youre good! Alexa was super sweet.

    YS - Yoga Sculpt

Started off nice and easy, but by the end I was struggling!! Regardless, good for anyone who wants a little something extra with their hot yoga. The cardio portion was by far the hardest, I thought I was actually going to pass out! Just listen to your body and be sure not to push yourself too hard.

    YS - Yoga Sculpt

This class is amazing! It's a mix of yoga with some light weights and light toning and a lot of sweating! The playlist was Michael/Janet Jackson aka the best playlist ever! Will definitely be coming back.

    HPF - Hot Power Fusion

Hard! But rejuvenating. Loved the instructor! Definitely took me a while to recover, cool down and feel good afterwards. It was my first class. Another person said she does it every day so it’s easier. I will do it again, but I think it’s best once a week or once every two weeks for me.

    Vinyasa Energy Flow: hot

Wasnt as full as I was expecting. Plenty of room, which was nice. Started off nice and slow, then built up to a good flow. The essential oils DS distributes at the start and end of class really helps with relaxation. She was constantly reminding us to relax the muscles in our face and jaw, which I always unknowingly tense up.

    HPF - Hot Power Fusion

A great class! More energetic or energizing than some other, more zen-inducing HPF classes Ive taken. The music was a bit more upbeat and the teacher gets you pumped. She kept returning to he intention for the day, but without being overly hippy-dippy about it, which I really appreciated. Also, it was HOT. I sweat so much it was like my body was a faucet turned on high.

    C2 - CorePower Yoga 2

Hot, challenging and (super) sweaty. The most I've sweated during a vinyasa-style class. (Although it helped that I was right next to the humidifier.) Wasn't really into the music played, but it was easily drowned out when trying to focus on breathing.

    Level 2/3, Heated

Really great advanced flow. Karen is an amazing instructor with precise directives and adjustments and also the most amazing soothing voice. She said that the energy of the room felt like we needed back bends and shoulder openers and it was exactly what I needed. I feel amazingly refreshed. I rented a mat for $2 but it was super slippery; would advise bringing own mat and mat towel if you have them.

    C1 - CorePower Yoga 1

One thing to know about this class is that the instructor will pause a few times to show participants the proper way to do a move and variations. It seems very helpful for a beginner but could be annoying for someone with more yoga experience. Ive gone to a fair amount of yoga though (including intermediate yoga), and I still get a great workout at this class and feel very relaxed after.

    HoT Fusion

Great class combining Bikram style and vinyasa. You get a good sweat in because it’s heated for a typical Bikram class. I haven’t done hot yoga in months so it was a challenge, but definitely in a good way!

    Bikram Yoga 90

It was a great class! I haven't done bikram yoga in many many years and I'm not flexible or athletic at all! But I think the class really is for all levels and the instructor helped me adjust my postures. It was pretty overwhelming at times with that heat but I made sure to listen to my body and keep at my own pace and drank lots of water. Bring your mat, towels, and water. I forgot my towel and had to pay $3 for it. Plenty of parking and you enter from the back alley which was a bit hard to find as a first time client! Be prepared to sweat a lot and stay hydrated!!

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. Renisha is my favorite teacher at this studio. She provides a bunch of modifications, makes sure everyone does the poses properly and safely, and infuses so much fun spirituality through the practice. Definitely coming back!! It was just what I needed tonight. Thank you!!!!!!!!!
