see all reviewsFirst time at this studio - everyone was so nice and welcoming at the front desk. Whitney was an amazing teacher and went out of her way to introduce herself to new students. Amazing flow that kept the blood pumping - it was repetitive in a guiding way, but never boring with so much to keep it interesting. Really enjoyed this class; wish I lived closer to the studio. Thanks Whitney!
