see all reviewsThis class was incredible! This teacher is out of this world - one of the best that I’ve taken in LA. I’ve been taking hot yoga for 12 years now. She was so kind and warm from check in, in her class she wasn’t afraid to have personality & stay true to what yoga really is. Thank you for not being a robot. I can’t explain to you how much I love her energy. She is extremely knowledgeable, dedicated and experienced in her craft. Give this lady a raise. Her and kristian are my favs at modo! ✨✨

see all reviewsIt was kind of hard to hear the instructor, I wish they’d use a microphone or turn the music down because it sounded like she had some interesting things to say. Mollie was friendly. I wish we did more neck/shoulder stretches. The music was kind of depressing at times, I’ve noticed this in other classes too. I get the vibe they’re trying to create but there is more positive/upbeat yoga music too. I like how the blocks are sturdy

see all reviewsI’ve taken many classes at this studio but prefer the classes / instructors with more led flow vs where we flow together once than once on our own. It’s too hot and sensory overload for me to ever remember on my own so I very much appreciated this instructor leading majority of class. Excellent

Melina is clear with her instruction and keeps it fun and positive. It is a hard sculpting class which included bands, weights, lunges, squats, lots of ab work, leg work, etc. The facility is clean, I love that the room has different floor levels so no matter where you are, you can see yourself, and the equipment and clean and all there for you! Music was loud and energizing. I can’t wait to come back!

The pace was great for the flow and restore class, as I was just getting back into yoga again and needed to get used to the hot room. It was seriously hot. I sweat a lot, which is great. Don’t forget to bring your own towel. Anyone new to hot yoga should know not to be afraid to take breaks when you need it. The darkened room with candles helps.. All in all, great small friendly studio in my neighborhood and I’ll be back.

Moving on to the class, I really liked how a majority of the yoga poses and moves did not require us to be on our hands and wrists. The wet towels at the end of class is like the cherry on top.

see all reviewsThis was such a great class! I think I have to come back to this location when it’s colder outside because - I know it is supposed to be heated - but the last couple times I went it was beyond too hot. I am not sure if it has to do with the air flow/ ventilation but about halfway through I felt like I could barely continue. And Josiah had a great class plan that was so much fun with great choreography!! Somehow in Studio City it is not as extreme.

see all reviewsThe overall class was good. But way too many push-ups. It was like push-ups and some sculpt. The music was blasting and she was yelling on the microphone for 50 minutes. If you turn down the music, then you could easily teach the class without a microphone. But the biggest problem was for me was my sore ears because she was literally yelling on the microphone, and it was insanely loud.
