Rumble Boxing
see all reviewsReally great workout - Half boxing bags / half strength training. I wish they did mitt work in their group classes, but a good all around class to teach fundamentals. I also love how high tech their studio is compared to others.

see all reviewsWasn’t the fault of the studio, but the girl on the bag to the right of me had zero self awareness in terms of how much space she was taking up - she was basically occupying both the space in front of my bag and hers. A couple times I had to move out of the way so she didn’t hit me in the head when she was punching threes. Would appreciate in these scenarios if the instructor could maybe say something.

see all reviewsYES! Such a great class. Love the structure - warm up, strength, conditioning. And you actually have time to move heavy weight during the strength portion. Tuesdays are deadlift days. And then a nice conditioning finisher at the end to really ramp up the heart rate. Sam really pays attention to form and is very helpful and approachable. Will definitely be back!

see all reviewsSince we were all experienced boxers, we got right down to work tonight! Super hard and fun class. There are a ton of partner drills, which aren’t my very favorite (mostly because I’m bad at holding “mitts” aka gloves), but I loved the bag drills and conditioning. Also, Eddie is super passionate and knowledgeable. A great addition to the neighborhood. I’ll be back!!

see all reviewsI love this studio so much! You learn proper boxing, not the BS at other places where you do 5 min of actual boxing and the rest is circuit training. You do 3 min on 3 min off in the ring 1:1 with a trainer! Ive been going for a couple of months and can see a difference in the way I move and punch. Everyone is super nice and supportive and it feels like a community! Definitely go here if you want to learn how to box!

see all reviewsI was a little nervous to check this place out for the first time as some of the reviews said that if you weren't a regular it would be hard to keep up and that the instructor wasn't patient with newcomers. My instructor was Jonathan and he definitely helped me when I needed it. I do exercise on a regular basis but I rarely take kickboxing, but I do know about all the basics. So I was definitely able to keep up. There were lots of interval training, punching the bag, and core work on the floor, then small Cardio BUrsts. The parking is easy, you should definitely bring a towel and water as neither offered there. I had my wraps and gloves but they do have them there, but I believe you have to rent them. . But definitely a great hour of cardio and strength training and I would go back.

see all reviewsSuch a fun class!!! Challenging in the best ways: Cardio throughout with the resistance engaging the core no matter what and incredible for balance conditioning. Keith is welcoming, though stuck in a motivational rut (said Cmon cmon probably 50 times), really enjoyed the workout. His descriptions of each move were precise and clear. I would appreciate more detail as to what muscles we should be focusing on activating, but thats just me!

see all reviewsThis class focuses on mobility, proper form, and repairing your body. It's not a HIIT class. It's about correcting all the well-meaning, but poorly executed exercises you do. Lukas did not let me continue unless my form was perfect. I have a anterior pelvic tilt and he put all his focus on making sure I was correcting it with every move. They’re well stocked in different types of bags and equipment too. And while they try to amp you up and encourage you- they let you go at your own pace so all training levels are welcomed. Bring your own gloves, water, and wrist straps and they take care of the rest (though I believe they supply gloves at your first class). Definitely will be returning.
