About this studio

SB Fitness Focus is for individuals looking to take their health and fitness to a new level. Our instructors combine many different elements of training to make sure you get results! Whether you're looking for high-intensity or strength classes, or maybe yoga is more your speed and interest, SBFF has a well-rounded class schedule that will allow you to try different workouts all week. Classes are high-energy and motivating, and we will make sure to push you to those goals you seek. Classes include: Bootcamp, Cardio Kickboxing, Strength & Tone, Yoga, and Zoomers.

How to prepare

We recommend members bring: - towel - water - good shoes - yoga mat to yoga classes - boxing gloves for kickboxing classes and hand wraps (if desired).

How to get there

We are located in Lomita, California on Lomita Blvd (between Western & Walnut). You will find us in the same driveway as the Hertz rental car.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
