    Class is bright lights in a fishbowl room in a gym with formal instructions and some cute boys. Little warm up then pole tricks and teacher comes and spots. Overall so glad I went and everyone was so nice, especially the teacher, but I’m more of an S-Factor gal and craved darkness and sensual movement. It’s great if you’re in the mood for more of the workout then the movement. At the end of class there’s free dance which was fun. Room is not warm which wasn’t ideal but 5 stars because it’s a pole class at Crunch and it’s what you’d expect. Also 5 stars for amazing, spinning, 45mm X-Poles and lovely teacher.

    My very first Barry’s class. Front desk was incredibly kind and helpful! Walked me through everything and introduced me to the instructor. I really enjoyed the class itself. Let me say, I understand why masks are required, of course!! But the treadmill is very difficult while wearing one, especially during sprints. The floor section was no problem but I had to constantly take breaks on the treadmill.

    Great instructor! I haven’t worked out in a really long time and I am still sore 4 days later so this class really gives you a good workout! The headphones I had were staticy so it was a bit hard to hear the instructor who had to talk to the group on the treadmill and benches at the same time. I think if you go regularly it’s easier to understand what the instructor is saying. Equipment is high quality! Open air gym.

    I loved this class! I was worried that Im such a short time I wouldnt get my sweat on but that quickly changed! You get to work ASAP. I am surprised that there arent more reviews though saying how strange the machine is if you havent been on one before. Its hard to get used to. There were 8 people and 8 circuits for the first 20 minutes or so after a quick warmup, followed by circuits on the roof for about 20 minutes, then closed with a killer ab cooldown.
