About this studio

1/2 Stairmaster, 1/2 targeted resistance training. Bünda is designed to bring you, your best body ever. They are all about efficiency and effectiveness. This is why they have based their workout around the butt and legs. Training the lower body frequently will result in a total body change. The Bünda program is designed by some of the most educated fitness professionals in the industry. Class consists of 50 minutes split up between intervals on the Stairmaster and resistance training. SNEAKERS required. **New Clients please arrive 15 minutes before class to ensure you get the best class experience . ** ** If you are not present FIVE minutes before the class start time your spot may be given to a waitlisted student. *Late Policy- No admittance FIVE minutes after start of class.

Bünda is located at 8231 W. Third St, Suite C, Los Angeles, CA, 90048. Free parking is located upstairs (entrance is on harper). Validation is for 75 minutes.

Total Body with Kevin
This was an amazing workout but if you have never done a stair climbing workout don’t go fast in the beginning because it gets way too hard. Obvi I’m a beginner at this type of class, so I felt like I was going to throw up after, but that means clearly it’s an amazing workout! Beginners be sure to pace yourself!

Butt and Legs with Kevin
Awesome. It’s amazing how simple movements with proper form and activation can totally light your glutes on fire! I find myself lifting lighter weights (10 lbs) in Bunda but actually feeling it more than I do in other classes because my muscles are properly activated. Leg day is totally the best day because your booty is burning on the stair climber AND on the floor!

Exactly!!!! We love increasing resistance but engaging the glutes is so challenging for most people. Its about form and engagement and a very slow progression with resistance !! So glad you are loving it. The butt and legs are our favorite workouts too :)

Arms and Abs with Evan
I really liked the class- time flew by and it was definitely a great workout!!! Took off one star because the instructors voice was often muffled and I couldn’t understand what she was saying. Speaking clearly and loud enough for all to hear is essential in group classes, especially for first timers. It seemed the loud music trumped the importance of her speaking.. I hope they either fix the sound system to fade when she’s talking or they make another adjustment to address this issue!
