About this studio

1/2 Stairmaster, 1/2 targeted resistance training. Bünda is designed to bring you, your best body ever. They are all about efficiency and effectiveness. This is why they have based their workout around the butt and legs. Training the lower body frequently will result in a total body change. The Bünda program is designed by some of the most educated fitness professionals in the industry. Class consists of 50 minutes split up between intervals on the Stairmaster and resistance training. Once you Bünda, you will never look back; well, maybe for a selfie. **New Clients please arrive 15 minutes before class to ensure you get the best class experience . **

Bünda is located at 8231 W. Third St, Suite C, Los Angeles, CA, 90048. Free parking is located upstairs (entrance is on harper). Validation is for 75 minutes.

I’m used to group classes that are more personalized: they refer to you by name and cheer you on, even if you’re brand new, and come around and make adjustments to make sure I’m doing the exercises correctly. I didn’t feel like I reaped the benefits of this class because of this and didn’t feel sore the next day. This place would also benefit from blasting some air conditioning. I was dripping sweat everywhere and I didn’t feel like it was particularly from the workout. I liked that the stair masters had built in fans, though.

Hey thanks for the feedback. Sorry you felt like you didnt get enough personal attention in a group fitness class. We really strive to focus on form especially in glutecamp. All of our instructorss are master level trainers, its inportant that you listen to their cueing as well, we hope youll come back and give the class another shot!

Really loved this class! Ashley was great. I wish some of the leg exercises were a little tougher, and we switched it up more. I will definitely be back.

Hey! glad you loved the class. Thank you for the feedback! Our floor program is focused more on form and engagement and not just fatiguing the body so it feels hard. We do repeat exercises on the floor but for a very specific reason, in order to stimulate a change in the body, you have to repeat exercises to perfect form and engagement, its a common misconception to constantly be changing it up. You can always ask the instructor before class how to make it a little more challenging for you :) See you again soon!

What is ClassPass?
