    Had a great time with April, I had bought my own wraps but still needed to rent gloves, those were available. Be prepared to go barefoot!🦶 warm up straight away with running and then learning the basics of the kicks and punches. It really is a fully body workout. According to my Apple Watch I burned a little over 500 calories. Glad I came with my friend because some moves require that you are paired up. I would come again forsure, as a plus size person over 300lbs I didn’t feel like I couldn’t do it, there were other beginners in the class too.

    Took Kim’s power lifting class today, and it was such a great experience! I’m pretty new to lifting and dealing with a minor injury, but Kim was super welcoming and kind. Her outdoor gym is beautiful, and she gave clear instructions, offered modifications, and checked my form, which really put me at ease. The group was inspiring — women from all backgrounds, plus Kim had her own baby there, along with other strong moms and their little ones. The supportive vibe was amazing. I love it that they have levels of classes - really rare for bootcamp style workouts. Newbies don’t need to be scared about slowing others down.
