How to prepare

You must wear grippy socks to participate in all MOTR based classes - we sell these for £14 if you do not bring your own. You must wear boxing wraps to FORM-BOX classes - we sell boxing inner mitts for £5.99 Please bring trainers for HIIT classes.

Form Notting Hill: 77A Lonsdale Road, W11 2DF Nearest tubes are Ladbroke Grove, Westbourne Park (5 minute walk) and NottingHill Gate (10 minute walk). You must wear grippy socks to participate in the MOTR classes - we sell these for £14 if you do not bring your own. You must wear hand wraps for the boxing classes - we sell these for £5.99 if you do not bring your own

Really hard but really good
Barre Plus with Chiara
The class was different from barre classes I had done before, it was really a mix between ballet and pilates. We focused on abs first, then glutes at the bar, next arms on the mat and finally a short stretch. The class size is limited (max 7) so there's plenty of space to move. I would have liked a little more personal help/adjustments, but otherwise it was great!

Emma is literally the best instructor I’ve ever had for barre. So lovely and motivating and I found myself enjoying it more even though it was intense. I’ll be back!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
