I tried the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class out of curiosity and had the pleasure of training with Agnes. As a complete beginner, I was a bit nervous about stepping into a new sport, but Agnes gave me an amazing introduction. She explained the core principles in a way that made it easy to understand and also gave me a sense of the mental and physical aspects of the sport. Not only did she teach me basic techniques, but she also took the time to demonstrate more advanced moves.

This is a great class if you are after low intensity or if you have never taken a Zumba class before. I would say the class is more suitable for a more mature audience. The instructor Chris is great. You have all the Zumba rhythms (Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia and Reggaeton). Due to the low intensity of the class, the steps are very easy to follow. It was not mentioned in the description that the class would be low intensity, I think ClassPass should renamed this class “Zumba Gold” or “Zumba for Older Adults”.
