see all reviewsRosie is such a fab teacher! Her classes are so well thought through. She’ll often pick an area to work on and ease into this, progressing the challenge as the class develops. I find although her classes help build strength, the pace is measured and linked to breath, so they’re incredibly relaxing. I feel like a different person afterwards. Thanks Rosie!

see all reviewsGreat class, tough workout! Class was a mix of some partner drills, mostly bag work and some body weight/floor exercises. Sam was really friendly and welcoming, and was a great instructor - he explained and demonstrated the moves clearly so I was able to follow along (I'm new-ish to Muay Thai). He pointed out little things you could improve in your technique/positioning which was very helpful since I come from a different martial art. Class had a mix of different levels/abilities but it worked well, I think they also do a beginner's class which might be more suitable for those with less experience. I had a great time and really enjoyed it, thank you!
