see all reviewsLove the variety of classes throughout the week, including cardio, resistance and hybrid. AJ and Tom are always very encouraging. The other trainers are great too. Really recommend trying a few different classes in the week. F45 Leadenhall offer lots of different packages/memberships so it’s worth checking this out!

see all reviewsI loved everything about this class from the gym floor to the exercises, the music and Melita, the trainer. Very friendly and didn’t make me feel like an outsider (despite being the only new person in the class). Will definitely be going back for more

see all reviewsI'm such a fan of this style of class and the simplicity and just the hard work and the focus on getting it done. Red week was great. I loved it. Intervals at varying lenghts followed by recovery. 12 intervals in total. It was great. And of course, Lee is great. The studio is really hot though. No air con or air flow.

see all reviewsNice space, but a little confusing with no staff and just signage to follow. The changing rooms are downstairs (you walk through the gym) and the Zumba class is in the Main studio. Class was very energetic and fun - it’s more aerobics than Zumba, but you’ll burn loads of calories and have a great time anyway.
