see all reviewsFriendly instructor. The class is fast paced and likely best suited for someone who has at least a couple of barre classes under their belt. That being said it is extremely adaptable to your fitness level and needs and Sofia gave multiple options for each pose to make it work for you. If you get lost in the movements just watch folks around you and you’ll pick it up. Really like this studio as I find across classes and instructors you always get a good burn that pushes you but doesn’t feel unapproachable for someone still relatively early in their fitness journey. Will return for sure!
