How to prepare

Must wear grippy socks in all classes. You can buy them at the studio if you don't have. Also, bring a mat for: Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Cardio Sculpt, and Barre classes. We do rent mats for $1 if you forget!

How to get there

We're located on the second floor, just west of Sheffield St. on Armitage on the south side of the street.

A good workout, definitely feeling challenged but not completely overwhelmed! Danielle does a good job of counting out how many reps are left, etc so you can pace yourself. And great upbeat music :)

definitely a great strength building class with great music and lively instructor. ..was not as strict about correcting form as barre studios if that is your thing. I would go baxk for sure.

What is ClassPass?
