Chris was very welcoming and the flow was fun. He doesn’t know this but it was my first class in over a year after being diagnosed and treated for breast cancer. It was really difficult for me; Chris said all the right things to get me in a good headspace to practice. 🙏

What is there not to love about a spin class with Jenna Arndt? It’s like showing up to a warehouse party and then realizing you got con’ed into a going to a workout. Good energy, good vibes, good music, and great sweat. Just don’t expect to leave looking cute, which is also true leaving a warehouse party I suppose

    ALO YOGA FLOW

Good instruction and a good mix of everything — Oms to start class, flows that focused on deepening the stretch and breathing into the pose, some power/heat inducing poses, and a bit of time to play around with trying to go aerial without feeling intimidating

    Candle-Lit Yin

I really liked the instructor! His voice was super calming and he felt super knowledgeable. I enjoyed the yin poses we held - not too hard and painful like some yin classes can be. The studio is super cute, but not sure how I felt about the loft set up. I accidentally walked in when the previous class was in svasana and didn’t know if I should wait outside.

in STUDIO Year of the Water Rabbit Kundalini Yoga & Meditation

I found this class quite remarkable. I have practiced other forms of yoga for years, but this was my first time trying out Kundalini. The teacher was lovely - so calm and clear in guiding us through both the physical exercises as well as the breathing and meditation segment. Highly recommended for anyone interested in what is as much a spiritual as a physical practice!
