Chris was very welcoming and the flow was fun. He doesn’t know this but it was my first class in over a year after being diagnosed and treated for breast cancer. It was really difficult for me; Chris said all the right things to get me in a good headspace to practice. 🙏

What a great experience!!! So clean, ton of amenities, plenty of space throughout the gym, followed all Covid guidelines, I felt very safe + clean! 100/10 recommend. Mario the GM was best - so friendly, welcoming and incredibly personable. 100% coming back or even getting a membership - they had great specials

First time in the studio, and it was a great experience. I love how doable the poses are yet the challenge comes thru the fast paced transition on each pose. It was a good sweat!! Also appreciate Anthony’s assist.

Eric has great energy! The space is nice and welcoming, I like the cushioned floors and effective yet low impact exercises. Class was challenging and fun. The heat was a lot for me (heat is higher than Y7 yoga), so I’ll probably save this for a cold day/winter. Make sure to also hydrate!
