    Hot Interval Training (HIIT 60)

Eric has great energy! The space is nice and welcoming, I like the cushioned floors and effective yet low impact exercises. Class was challenging and fun. The heat was a lot for me (heat is higher than Y7 yoga), so I’ll probably save this for a cold day/winter. Make sure to also hydrate!

    ALO YOGA FLOW

I really liked the structure of this class: two sequences, 3x each, last round on own, and then time for arm balances. Great instructor! I wish it was more clear and they keep the windows open which is nice but difficult when it’s hot.

    *NEW* MYOBILITY®

Such a great class! Mix of stretching, myofascial self massage with props, and a few strength exercises at the end. Was just a bit annoyed that it went over time. If I didn’t need to leave, I wouldn’t have wanted it to end!
