    I haven’t been here in a while and I always thought of Shane’s class. I finally made it in today and I was reminded why Shane’s class is so worth it. Her practice leaves a lasting impact in a positive way. Super thankful to take her class and I’ll definitely be back! The studio does a great job cleaning between each classes. I’m always hesitant to borrow a mat cause they are damp but this time the mat was dry. I can tell the studio’s improved and doing their best with keeping the equipment and studio clean. It shows they actually take people’s feedback into consideration, which I appreciate. This place has the most beautiful women’s locker room. The kind you want to live in - it’s so pristine and serene. Also, love the cold hand towels at the end. It was divine - this is a major upgrade. Thank you!

    First FG60 attended, the combo of relatively brisk pace, moderately intense heat + multi modal fluid standing and mat based poses pressed well beyond what I had to give w respect to practice (advanced beginner) and energy level (low). Nonetheless, worth every second of effort spent trying to keep up and hang in w the cool kids who somehow seemed to power through it all! Margaret’s apparent high level coaching abilities and unmistakable deep connection to the work she guided us through to great effect was a boon to morale all the same.

    Teacher is sweet & FUN! A little intimidating to dance with the regulars/advanced people but they are welcoming :) Something helpful to know when you arrive at the address. Get there 15-20mins early to find class. —Have your ID ready for security guard on ground floor, he will take a pic of it. —Make a left after and take the elevators (in the back) to 4th floor —Go to front desk to ask which room is Piel Canela (that changes everyday) —When you get to Piel Canela desk, tell them your name and what class you registered for, they should give you card with your name and class on it. Ask them what room the class will be held at (it also changes every day). Really hope they switch to digital cards soon! —Restrooms: there are restrooms to the right of the elevator and also private restrooms & Water Bottle Refill station on the other side of the floor. — A staff member will drop in class briefly to take pics/video for their personal website, so make sure you’re comfortable with that!

    May is an amazing instructor. She remains focused and leads a beautiful class even as kitties jump, leap, meow all around us. ,li particularly love how she remains unfazed when I was NOT doing yoga (a kitty fell asleep in my lap). I didn’t feel judged or like I was doing something wrong. When the cat woke up, I jumped right back into the class. She brings toys for us to play with the cats.
