I really hope the middling reviews and some of the responses don‘t scare off new riders. This is an amazing studio and Joey is a tough coach who gets the best out of a rider. It’s group fitness to a higher level. The class is engaging and inspiring. Keep coming and persevering, even if you don’t get it, you will improve and be inspired. Joey is a great instructor and wants people to improve. He is absolutely sincere in his approach. I feel like every bike in that 9:30 should have been booked- that’s how great a class this is.

This was the hardest class I’ve taken in a while, in a good way! The instructor was super nice. The only thing is I wish the warmup was a bit slower/ we spent more time in some of the exercises because I felt like i was just getting into something and then we switched

Tricia was absolutely fantastic! I love the way she has great energetic control of her breath, which really helps regulate the whole room without her having to say much by way of instruction. she is powerful and she inspires the class to find their power as well. this was my first time in this studio, and I already know I'll be back.

Loved Pamela’s vibe, her welcomingness, and her being down to earth during class (ie making the class laugh). As a non yogi, I find this studio to be inviting of various yoga levels and do not find the yogis in class to be intimidating.

Great full body workout using dumbbells and bodyweight. Class consisted of 3 circuits, each circuit had 5 workouts-3 strength, 1 cardio and 1 core (done three times through). Expect to do squats, lunges, planks, tricep extensions, bicep curls, jumping jacks, skiers etc.

Loved class!! I love the pace of these classes but in particular today seemed a little too rushed. I would rather the class have an additional 5 minutes to incorporate more breaks between sets. Couldn’t even get myself set up for the next block of work with how little time there was between each block of work

Flow with Mikee is fantastic! I’ve been doing yoga for years & have gone to dozens of studios in NY & BK. He’s a true gem! Highly recommend. My only critic is the studio itself... I find the Crunch studio incredibly cold for its yoga classes. To the point of being uncomfortable. I really wish they would turn off the air & fans for the yoga classes.

Great classical class with lots of stretching. Real ones who understand classical pilates - small, slow movements while utilizing core and stabilizing pelvis - will enjoy this class. If you want someone to yell at you while burning out your glutes (and probably using the wrong muscles), I’d try somewhere like solidcore or BodyRok.

I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

It was a little jarring to encounter an office space on the 12th floor but don't worry - your therapist will lead you to the actual spa and it's a hidden oasis among the fluorescent lights. I had an extremely relaxing experience and the heated eye mask and heat pad on the massage bed just made things even more luxurious. My therapist worked hard to give me a great experience. It's only my second class so far, but I'll tell you his class plan includes such a wide range of motion that you can't help but realize how little you use some joints and body parts during your day to day. Definitely the best and most challenging class I’ve taken at Row House. The other couple I’ve taken have left me feeling a little let down intensity-wise, but this was a great mix of tough intervals, weights, and focus on form. The instructor did a good job of going around the room and correcting form as well as encouraging people to push themselves. Encouraging and friendly!

Excellent! Just what I needed! I’ve been experiencing a lot of lower back pain and hip tightness. Hailey stretches me out in 20 mins explaining what she was doing as she was doing it. I also asked lots of questions which is key to getting 100% out of this experience. I immediately feel better stretched. The trick is how to incorporate this into my daily life. Still working on that.

Sub teacher tonight- class was 6 stations-2 exercises at each, doing each exercise at the station twice (45 seconds on 15 seconds break) followed by a transition workout (planks, skaters, squat jumps) to the next station. Music wasn’t great and no warm up or cool down but it was a great and effective workout.

Love the studio, the classes, the instructors, the atmosphere. I had an issue registering for classes at first using the ClassPass. Really enjoyed it. It was the deep stretch I was looking for after soreness from spin class and on the same night I was headed to a challenging aerialist class afterward. The class seems designed to stretch you out so you can go do another workout later. (A 6:30pm dance class is offered directly after this class that seemed popular but I dont see it on Class Pass.)
