The studio has an unusual layout, it was my first time and had to ask a couple times to understand where things were (changing rooms, the actual studio etc.) would recommend they give a more thorough overview of the studio layout/amenities for first timers.

Rocket Yoga is based in the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa. This practice is dynamic and consists of a good amount of repetition. Repetition is the mother of building skill.
